Lindsey is a partner in the divorce & family team and specialises in all aspects of family work including advising on prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, divorce, financial issues following the breakdown of relationships including pension provision, claims for capital provision for children, residence and contact disputes involving children and domestic Injunctions.
Lindsey is a Resolution Accredited Specialist and a recognised expert in resolving financial issues following the breakdown of a relationship.
Significant cases
- Lindsey’s work ranges from acting for clients including lawyers, doctors and company directors, whose matters are financially complex to those with a limited income and who are fearful about the financial future. This work has included dealing with overseas property, ring fencing inherited wealth and discovering hidden assets (again, sometimes overseas).
- Lindsey’s work involving children varies from seeking capital settlements where one parent has significant wealth to establishing residence and contact but always considering the best interests of the child.
- The domestic injunction work which Lindsey undertakes can range from cases involving violence or harassment, preventing one party from attending the others place of work to “freezing” assets where there is a risk of those assets being disposed of.

Interests
Lindsey has a passion for Italian cuisine, once (and only once) taking over six hours to prepare and cook the ultimate lasagne. When Lindsey is not practicing her culinary skills on friends and family, she is planning her own “Escape to the Country.”
