The employment law team have a vast amount of experience in assisting individuals with redundancy, unfair dismissals, discrimination issues, Tribunal representation and contracts.

In addition we will advise you on all funding options and at no charge to you, are happy to consider any policies of insurance you may to see whether you have before the event legal expenses insurance. We will also advise you of after the event insurance and third party insurance as appropriate. In some circumstances your employer can pay for our services or a contribution towards legal expenses can be recovered from your employer and we can talk you through additional options.

If you’ve been the victim of discrimination or unfair dismissal at work, or feel your employer has treated you unfairly, our team of highly skilled employment law solicitors could help. So if you have a dispute at work our expert employment lawyers can offer you employment law advice and explain your employment rights – we’ll even represent you at an employment tribunal if it comes to it.

Unfair dismissal
Our specialist employment solicitors could help you claim compensation for unfair dismissal against your employer if they do not have a fair reason for dismissing you, if they did not follow the proper process or if their motives for dismissing you are unfair – for example if you wanted to take maternity leave.

Redundancy
