Most businesses identify that they need legal support to prevent or resolve disputes. Our team is experienced in providing both pro active early advice and acting within tight deadlines when it has not been possible for early action. The majority of our clients have been instructing us for many years.
We work closely with businesses providing legal services based on a personal working knowledge of each business. Our aim is to achieve a close, professional working relationship with all of our clients.
The team react quickly to changing business trends and legal developments. We are experienced in providing funding advice and solutions and we focus on sound, economic and pragmatic advice.
The team comprises of: a part time judge; a trained mediator; and four members of Law Society panels. We act in complex, multi party and multi issue cases and have the resources to act in large cases along with more routine matters. We are also organised to handle volume work generated by a specific client or client group, where required.
