Claire is a solicitor in our commercial property department and undertakes a wide variety of commercial property work including sales, purchases, letting and refinancing. She has a keen interest in assisting business start-ups and providing legal advice to new and emerging businesses in the region. Claire also advises on auction transactions and is part of the Wake Smith Property Auction Unit.
