Kate Lax has over 7 years of experience in personal injury and medical negligence claims. Kate joined the firm in July 2013.
She has experience in dealing with birth injuries, cases of misdiagnosis, delay in diagnosis, informed consent cases, claims against GPs and dentists, and cosmetic surgery claims. Kate also has experience in dealing with high value personal injury claims, including road traffic accidents and accidents at work.
Kate is able to provide advice and assistance to clients going through the NHS Complaints Procedure.
