Jonathan is a partner in the Commercial Property team. He specialises in commercial and residential property development (including the initial acquisition, related finance and eventual sales), property investment (residential and commercial properties), secured property lending, landlord and tenant matters, general commercial land and property sales and purchases, Local Authority lettings and disposals and auction sales and disposals.

- Acting for various developer clients within South Yorkshire – both residential and commercial properties at substantial premiums – involving development clawback provisions and settling sale on documentation.
- Acting for Local Authorities on multi million pound auction sales and general commercial lettings.
