Neil is a partner and is head of the Commercial Property team. He deals with a broad range of commercial property instructions but specialises in investment property and town centre regeneration work.

Neil is also head of the firm's Residential Conveyancing team.

Neil has acted on the acquisition, asset management and development of The Moor retail thoroughfare in Sheffield for over 12 years. He regularly advises on substantial disposals often on behalf of public or quasi-public bodies.

Neil is rated as a leading individual in real estate in the latest editions of Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500.
