Damien is a partner in the Commercial Property team. He has over 25 years experience and deals with a wide range of commercial property transactions. He specialises in residential property development (including site acquisition, development finance and forward selling agreements), sales and purchases (including property portfolio sales and purchases and investment sales and purchases), landlord and tenant and secured lending.

- Acting on significant city centre residential development which included 66 individual same day exchanges/completions.
- Acting for a PLC public house Real Estate Department in numerous portfolio transactions ranging from between 20 to 75 properties.
