Shaun is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Wills & Probate team. He specialises in the preparation of Wills, Inheritance tax advice, applications to the Court of Protection, powers of attorney and the administration of estates, under a Will, or under the Rules of Intestacy in cases where the deceased has not made a Will.

Shaun is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
