Helen is a conveyancer in the Commercial Property team. She acts on a wide range of commercial property work but specialises in estate management (commercial property portfolio management including acting on substantial retail estate), landlord and tenant (leases, renewals, surrenders, licences – acting for both tenants and landlords), residential estate development (site acquisitions, setting up and disposals, plot sales/leases for local developers), purchases and financing and disposals.
