Ben is an associate in the Commercial Property team. He deals with all aspects of commercial property work, specialising in landlord and tenant matters, Ecclesiastical property, sales and purchases and disposals of residential property.

- Acts for both landlords and tenants with national portfolios on granting and taking leases and associated property management work
- Acts for the Sheffield Diocesan Board of Finance dealing with Church of England property transactions within the Diocese of Sheffield.
