Rachael is an associate in the Commercial Property team . She acts on a wide range of transactions involving commercial properties including purchases, sales, financing and letting. She also acts on non-contentious landlord and tenant matters; acting for both landlords and tenants.

- Acting for clients with substantial portfolios on acquisitions, disposals, financing, commercial lettings and variations to existing agreements.
- Acting for clients with varying degrees of property knowledge with all aspects of their property matters.
- Acting for regional based developers, in both residential and commercial new build developments, from site acquisition to plot disposal.
